When you use The Reaper's Ledger, we collect the following information: your first name, email address, and any photos or images you upload for analysis. We also collect standard usage data such as browser type and device information.
Your information is used to deliver your results via email and on-screen, process your submissions, manage your account, and communicate service updates. Uploaded photos are analyzed by our system to generate your verdict.
Uploaded photos and generated verdicts are retained for a maximum of 48 hours to allow for delivery and display. After 48 hours, this data is permanently deleted from our active systems. Your account information (name, email) is retained for as long as you maintain an active account.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate The Reaper's Ledger, including our hosting provider, email delivery service, and payment processor (Stripe). Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies.
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or financial details on our servers. Please refer to Stripe's privacy policy for details on how they handle payment data.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. You may also unsubscribe from email communications using the link provided in each email.
